* Lost access to Google Calendar due to account takeover or account shut down by Google

* Lost access to Google Calendar due to Google error or outage
|

* Lost access to Google Calendar due to lost password

## Create Backup of Calendar
|
|
1. Open Google Calendar (calendar.google.com) in your browser of choice
|
|
2. Hover your cursor over your calendar in the left side
|
|
3. Click on the three vertical dots
|
|
4. Click on **Settings and Sharing**
|
|
5. Click the button named **Export Calendar**
|
|
6. The export will automatically download as a zip file
|
|
7. Find the zip file, usually in the Downloads folder, and rename it to `YYYY-MM-DD Calendar Backup.zip`
|
|
8. Move the backup file to your network backup folder. |
